We’re proud to offer female-only swimming sessions to give women a safe and discreet place to be able to swim if they feel uncomfortable about regular mixed gender swimming sessions

The two centres also offer female-only Aquarhythmics sessions. These very effective classes in the pool use water as resistance - eliminating strain and impact while giving you the necessary benefits of improving stamina, strength and suppleness
