Seedhill Athletics and Fitness Centre's 'Zero to 5k Hero' running club is back this October from Monday 18th, 6.30pm!
Zero to 5k Hero will take place on Monday evenings 6.30 pm – 7.30pm, starting on Monday 18th October.
With a tailor-made running programme for each individual participant, the sessions will be led by instructor Shaun Windle. The programme will run for 10 weeks and there are a maximum of 15 places available.

This club is for beginners to intermediate runners aiming towards developing and improving your 5km runs, providing on-going support programmes and gym advice to supplement your running goals
