Pendle Wavelengths is helping to create a new age of physical fitness!
Using the latest Life Fitness equipment, Treadmill and Cross Trainer users are able to transport themselves into virtual locations, allowing them to go the distance as if they were running the London Marathon, or even through Central Park in New York! Cardio equipment is also equipped with live television along with selected streaming apps.
In total, 26 pieces of brand new, Life Fitness kit have been installed at Pendle Wavelengths representing an exciting opportunity for customers to enjoy their exercise through the latest advancements in technology.

Centre Manager, Iqbal Quammer said: “It's been an exciting experience to bring the brand new equipment into our gym. The Life Fitness kit provides all of our customers with a unique experience when it comes to exercise and we're already seeing some pretty incredible results!"
There have indeed been some amazing results - in the first week of the equipment being installed, customers managed to travel 3812 virtual miles: the equivalent of walking to Moscow and back!
