As a charitable Trust - and as a result of our commitment to the health and wellbeing of Pendle residents - we have recently been giving free health checks at The BestLight Community Hub in Nelson.
They offer an invaluable variety of services, promoting "educational and wellbeing initiatives, fitness and exercise programmes and, above all, respect for all members of society." We were fortunate enough to visit The Hub on Mon 10th and Tues 11th October and provide free health checks to those that wanted to. These health checks consist of basic key tests and indicators that could help to identify or prevent, any health concerns - such as blood pressure, weight and lifestyle.
Thank you to The BestLight Community Hub for such a warm welcome and we look forward to returning on Weds 2nd & Thurs 3rd November 2022.
