Debbie Marples recently completed one of our 12-week transformation programs with Jordon after falling out of love with the gym and wanting to regain her confidence and motivation following injury. She tells us all about her goals, challenges, achievements, and how she got there with the 1-1 help from one of our specialist coaches.
"I have found the 12-week transformation has helped me to get my motivation back, following a difficult few months with chronic pain where I was unable to train and lost my love for the gym. I needed to gain my confidence and dedication back following injury and needed to adapt the way I trained around longterm issues with two labrum hip tears. I had put weight on from a lack of mobility through debilitating pain and was struggling mentally as an impact of all of this.
Jordon listened to all of my problems and limitations around my injuries and pulled together a tailored plan to get me back in the gym which included exercises to strengthen the muscles around my hip, following physio advise.
I am really happy with the progress I have made over the 12 weeks. My main goal being to keep injury-free and be able to maintain being active to support my overall health and lose weight to reduce extra strain on my hip. Jordon has been hugely supportive and understanding where I have needed it but equally given me motivation and encouragement to reach my goals. He has been approachable and available when I needed him when I have had little wobbles and has reached out to check in with me on a regular basis to see how I am getting on.
I would recommend the 12-week transformation to anyone that is in need a little more accountability and support to reach their goals."
