With Pendle being in Tier 3, this means fitness classes and theatre shows are not allowed to take place.
The pools and gyms at Pendle Wavelengths, Pendle Leisure Centre and West Craven Sports Centre are open, along with the gym and running track at Seedhill Athletics and Fitness Centre and the Feelgood Factory.
Inside Spa is also open for all body and beauty treatments and the course is open at Marsden Park Golf Course.
The Muni Theatre and The ACE Centre will remain closed.
All centres have again been thoroughly cleaned and the new restrictions and health and safety measures - complying with Government guidelines – will remain in place, including social distancing, one-way systems, contactless payments and hand wash stations installed.
Alison Goode, Chief Executive of Pendle Leisure Trust, said: “Although we're happy to have reopened our leisure centres, we are still disappointed that we are again restricted to what we can offer our members and customers.
“All memberships will be automatically unfrozen, but those people who use their membership predominantly for fitness classes will be allowed to freeze their membership.
“There will be no fitness classes allowed, but all members will still be able to access our online classes via the Activo Facebook group.
“We do not want to lose any of our loyal fitness members and as we have supported them by providing online fitness classes – which we will continue to do – and the free monthly PT sessions - we hope they will stay with us until we can get back to some normality.
“At a time like this, where both physical and mental health and well-being is more important than ever, it’s essential to keep our leisure facilities open – and we are looking for donations and kind financial gestures to help us do so.
“As a charitable organisation, this has been an extremely trying time and I understand this is a very difficult time for everyone, but any help offered will be greatly appreciated.”
